Decomposition of the roulette

  1. jump over the ball
  2. jump over the ball, executing a 180 in the air
  3. put one foot on the ball, make a 180 jump over the ball, land with the other foot on the ball

Decomposition of shoulder drop

  1. balance on one foot. move the other leg around
  2. stand sideways to the ball, balance on foot further away from ball, jump sideways over the ball, land on the other foot. pause standing on one leg.
  3. repeat step 2, finish by touching the ball with outside on foot in the air.

Decomposition of step over

  1. small steps around the ball starting from outside of foot
  2. one step around over the ball, shift weight forward, put back knee on the ball.

Control ball from the air

  • throw ball in the air, lock ankle and bring the ball down with the foot
  • throw ball in the air, cushion ball with the thigh, and bring the ball down with the foot
  • throw ball in the air, cushion ball with chest, bring the ball down with the foot
  • throw ball in the air, oriented control at the time the ball touches the ground
  • throw ball in the air, control by sitting on the ball (fun)

In motion

The exercises can be executed in lines, or in a "green light, yellow light, red light" setup.

Exercises must be repeated with both feet

  • free walk (drive the ball as you wish)
  • pirate walk (sideways, one leg straight)
  • bear walk (hands on the floor, back legs straight)
  • belly-up bear walk (push ball forward, belly up)
  • snake walk (inside/outside)
  • rabbit walk (dribbling forward with the laces)
  • hummingbirds walk (dribbling backward with the sole of one foot, also alternate feet)
  • penguin walk (ball between feet)
  • cut-and-turn

Overlap circuit

This is a technical exercise to do with no opposition in order to learn the mechanisms of the tactic.
