The objective of practices will be for U6 players to create a connection with the ball, and experience a wide range of movements.
U6 Practices Plan
As teams are formed of 8 players semi-randomly chosen, the challenges running practice sessions often originates in the wide range of player skills and interest for the sport.
The most difficult for coaches is to keep a high intensity tempo - i.e. players running.
Each one hour practice will be split in 3 phases:
- 15min technical exercises with one ball per player
- 20min constraint exercise
- 20min 2v2 mini tournament
The remaining 5min are used to communicate administrative information (ex: photos, pick a team name).

- Decomposition of movements, juggling
- 1v1 Face off
- 2v2 mini tournament

Week 3 Practice (Shooting)

Week 4 Practice (Passing and receiving)
- Coerver exercises
- Move around the circle
- 2v2 mini tournament

Week 5 Practice (Driving the ball)
